There are a number of ways for you to be involved in ministry with us.
Summer Staff
We have several volunteer and paid positions every summer including:
Counselors
C.I.Ts (Counselors In Training)
Kitchen Crew
Camp Nurse
SEAL Team
CADETS Team
Lifeguards
Worship Leaders
Media Team
And more!
Counselors & Support staff
We’re looking for volunteer counselors, C.I.Ts, and support staff to serve at the five camps we program in July. Serve with us for one camp, or serve at all five! For more info, click here.
Dunes SEAL Team
We’re looking for Servants Equipped to Assist and Lead. Our SEALs do a little bit of everything at Dunes over an 8 week period in the summer. This is a paid position. Must be at least 18 years old and one year out of high school to apply. For more info, click here.
Dunes CADETS Team
We’re looking for Campers At Dunes Eager To Serve. Our CADETS Team is made up of high school campers who would like to serve at Dunes for a week or more to help host our guest church groups. This is a volunteer position. Must be at least 14 years old to apply. For more info, click here.
Church Groups
If you or your church group is looking for missions opportunity and would like to serve by cleaning, building, scrubbing, painting or helping with whatever needs to be done, please contact us for further details.
Support Dunes By Giving financially
Your donation will go towards camper scholarships, building projects, maintenance, and other ministry needs.

As part of our application process, we ask new staff to submit pastoral recommendations.
