Lost & Found Policy
The Dunes will keep all lost and found items for 30 days. After this time, they will be donated to a local charity.
CHECK-IN 3:30 - 4:15pm ON THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP.
CHECK-OUT is on the final day of camp at 11:00am.
CABIN BUDDY:
On the registration form, campers have the opportunity to request a friend to be in the same cabin. We will do our best to honor these requests, although we cannot make this guaranteed (especially when there are several friends requesting each other).
PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
Campers are not guaranteed a spot until a completed registration form and full payment is received. In case of cancellation, the Dunes will retain a $50 administration fee.
If registered by June 1st, a camp T-shirt is included in the cost of registration. Please be sure to indicate your camper’s shirt size on their registration form. Shirts, sweatshirts, and other Dunes gear will be available for purchase at the Snack Shack each day during free time.
CAMP SHIRT
CLOTHING GUIDELINES
We understand that not everyone will share our convictions, but we ask that while campers and staff are participating in programs at Dunes Bible Camp, they follow the guidelines we have set: No clothing with obscene language or imagery, or political slogans. Girls: no exposed midriff; please wear one piece swimsuits or tankinis while swimming (pro tip: wear a dark colored tank top over your bikini). Guys: shirts stay on unless it is a water activity; no speedos.
VISITORS
Safety of the campers is our priority. We do not allow visitors. If you need to reach your camper, please contact the camp at 360.665.5380
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Each camp has medical personnel on staff to oversee campers’ medications and any medical situations that may arise. We do not allow campers to go into the ocean, as the undertow can be dangerous. Young campers must pass a swim test to be allowed in the deep end of the swimming pool. At registration, every camper will have their heads checked for lice. If any lice is found, campers will be sent home.
